CHANGE OF NAME OF MARFIN FACTORS & FORFAITERS

We would like to inform you that as of today, our company proceeded with the change of its legal name from MARFIN FACTORS & FORFAITERS SA to LAIKI FACTORS & FORFAITERS SA.
This fits into the wider framework of renaming/rebranding of the Greek Branch of our mother bank Cyprus Popular Bank to Laiki Bank (ex- Marfin Egnatia Bank); in Greek Laiki means Popular.

The renaming is not associated with any change in the ownership, the legal status or the management of the company. Our contact details remain the same.
