ITFA – Introducing The Conference Speakers In Dubai – Mr. Abhijit Prasad

It is with great pleasure that we introduce Mr. Abhijit Prasad, who is currently the Global Product Head for Supply Chain Solutions at HSBC Bank Plc, based in London and managing a large global team and business.

He was previously Head of the Europe Middle East Africa Supply Chain Finance business at Citibank. He has also had a prior career as an electronics engineer, working for several technology companies.

Abhijit has Bachelor of Engineering from National Institute of Technology, India, a Masters of Science degree from Texas A&M University and an MBA from INSEAD.

During the much awaited ITFA Conference, Mr. Prasad will be covering the topic – Supply Chain Finance (SCF). Over the past 10 years SCF has become an increasingly popular tool used by corporates. However, there is still a lot of ambiguity in the wider market about the product.

• What do most people mean when they talk of SCF;
