ITFA one of six participants in the launch of the Global SCF Forum

The ITFA is participating with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and other trade finance industry groups in a project to standardise terminology in the global supply chain finance industry. The association is represented by Paolo Provera who is a member of the steering group for this project and by Silja Calac and Sean Edwards on the drafting group which will be producing the definitions. This is an exciting and important project and demonstrates again the importance and relevance of forfaiting to the global trade finance business.
