S & W Trade Finance Breakfast Seminar – 25 April, 2019

In collaboration with Sullivan & Worcester, ITFA is pleased to invite you to yet another Trade Finance Breakfast Seminar entitled: ”Update on the PRA consultation paper – use of insurance and other guarantees for capital relief”. This seminar is going to be held on Thursday 25th April 2019, at New Broad Street House, 35 New Broad Street, London, EC2M 1NH, UK. Registration and breakfast are at 8:15 am followed by the seminar from 8:45 till 10:00 am.

In this Breakfast Briefing, Marian Boyle and Hannah Fearn will provide an update on the long anticipated response from the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) on the eligibility of credit insurance, ECA guarantees and other forms of unfunded credit protection for capital relief purposes under the EU Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR). Marian and Hannah will discuss the detail of the PRA’s final position and the key CRR eligibility criteria as they apply to credit insurance and other instruments.
