S&W Trade Finance Breakfast Seminar – 24 July 2018, London

In collaboration with Sullivan & Worcester, ITFA is pleased to invite you to yet another Trade Finance Breakfast Seminar entitled: “Trade and Export Finance: How can careful drafting in documents remove or mitigate risk of regulatory non-compliance?” This seminar is going to be held on Tuesday 24th July 2018, at New Broad Street House, 35 New Broad Street, London, EC2M 1NH, UK. Registration and breakfast are at 8:15 am followed by the seminar from 8:45 till 10:00 am.

Geoff Wynne and members of the Team will look at how to reflect that issues like sanctions, anti money laundering and KYC( C ) have been covered in documents and whether banks can rely on these efforts in discussions with Regulators. They will also update you on some recent cases in the context of drafting documents.
